Linking it with the Sun activates this plexus and leads to limitless growth in the ability of a human mind, body and its soul. Distribute body weight evenly on both legs. Keep shoulders relaxed and chest expanded. Experience a stretch in the entire body as the arms make an effort to reach the sky.
